Shipping Policy
Although We're based in the United Kingdom, we spent months looking throughout Europe for a laboratory that shares our ethics in sustainability.
....and we found one in Northern Europe!
All our products are made to order from our new lab meaning shortly after you order, we prepare your product FRESH, package it and send it to you.
With a shelf life of 24 months, we want to make sure you get as much time with it as possible!
When you create an order, the time it takes for you to get it is called "delivery time."
Delivery time is made up of two parts: "fulfilment time" + "shipping time."
"Fulfilment time" is how long it takes for the order to be prepared.
This depends on how many products you ordered:

2 full working days for 1 - 10 products

7 full working days for 11 - 100 products

12 full working days for 100+ products

30-60 working days for 1000+ products
"Shipping time" is the time it takes for the package to travel from our Northern Europe Laboratory to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy
Personalised Cosmetics: We only accept returns in the event of a fault within 14 days.
Non-Personalised Cosmetics: We accept returns within 14 days.
Our exceptional quality products and customer service commitments mean the need for you to return something to us is extremely rare. In fact, faults have been found in less than 0.001% of products that leave the warehouse.

We’re really proud of our quality control procedures, exceptionally high standards and attention to detail. Our strong customer-supplier relationships are built on trust, and it’s easy to see how our customers have come to know and trust the faultless products we deliver every time.
Returning an Item
In the rare circumstance that you wish to request a return for an item, please email info@berniebrowncollections.com within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot accept returns if:
• Merchandise is soiled or otherwise unsaleable.
• Merchandise is not in original unbroken packaging as shipped (unless a non-user fault has been discovered)
Damaged parcels must be signed for as ‘damaged’.
Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event of an order going missing in transit we will require to be notified of this in writing with the following details.

We will then contact the delivery company on your behalf and follow their guidance and procedures in order to resolve the issue. We would need a full resolution from the delivery company before any order replacement orders or refunds are issued.
